DO YOU HOLD DATES?
To secure your date of choice, a non refundable deposit of 20% per photography package is required.
Until a deposit is paid, the date remains free for any other enquires. Full payment will be due 4 weeks
before your wedding day.
WHAT DO WE GET AFTERWARDS?
Typically you will receive between 150 and 350+ images. This amount will vary depending on the
length of coverage in the package you choose.
All images are individually colour-graded and enhanced and you’ll receive all your images in colour as
well as additional black and white versions of the ones that really lend themselves to that style. We
will deliver your images in both high res format ready for printing as well as a low res format ready to
be shared online.
ONCE WE’VE BOOKED WILL WE MEET WITH YOU BEFORE THE BIG DAY?
Of course! We will meet once before the wedding to get to know each other and talk about your
vision for the day and the schedule. I am also available to chat and help you with any questions or
ideas you have at any stage in the lead up to the wedding.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTO EDITING STYLE?
I keep my editing process light. I like to ensure that the images look real and not overly processed.
Generally I will work with the images colour palette, highlights, shadows and contrast. During my
editing process I’ll ensure that your images have a consistent pallet and feel so that they work
together as a collection.
WHAT WILL YOU COVER IN THE PACKAGES?
The full wedding package is usually sufficient to cover a wedding day from start to finish including
bride and groom getting ready, the ceremony, portraits and well into the reception.
The elopement package is designed for those having a small or intimate wedding. This package will
generally cover the ceremony and a bride and groom portrait session.
WHAT IS YOUR SHOOTING STYLE?
I shoot candidly and unobtrusively. I will try not be disturb the moments or orchestrate images,
instead I will be observant and capture the day how it naturally unfolds. There is just one section of
the day where I will give you direction and poses to try.
All I need is a running sheet for the day with important names and phone numbers as well as a list of
which family portraits you’d like taken. Then you can leave it to me to ensure that I am in the right
place at the right time to capture all the key moments as they unfold.
WHAT TIME OF DAY IS BEST FOR THE CEREMONY / PORTRAIT SESSION?
Try to avoid the middle of the day when the sun is directly overhead (aprox 11am - 3pm) This causes
unflattering shadows and highlights on faces, and makes everyone squint! If you can, aim for a time
where the sun is at a lower angle, particularly for your portrait session. The Golden Hour (the last hour
of light before sunset) is prime portrait time.
DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU ON THE DAY?
Yes please! All day photography takes a lot of energy, so if you could cater for me that would be
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HIRE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes! If you feel like you want more angles covered and another set of eyes on the day, I have a number
of talented photographers who I work with. There is an additional cost for this because not only will
there be another person working, it also means a lot more images to edit afterwards.
WHEN CAN I SEE MY PHOTOS?
Within 4 weeks of your wedding you will receive an email from us with a link to your private online
Can I share my pictures online?
Absolutely! Once you receive your photos they are yours to do with as you wish. If you are using your images for promotion of your business photo credits where possible, are very much appreciated.
I would love it if you share them with your friends and family and, if you loved your shoot please do recommend me!
How will I receive my images?
I believe that photo memories are meant to be shared and preserved. In this digital age it is not the preference of everyone to have their images printed and created into an album. For this reason I use photo software to delivery you a high quality digital image album following your session.
