ABOUT ME

I’m Rachel, I'm a photographer + filmmaker based between Byron Bay and Brisbane.

Starting my career as a documentary filmmaker, I travelled the world and spent several years working in international aid.

In 2017, I took the leap and moved to Byron Bay and committed to my own creative dreams, founding My Kindred where I work with families, couples and small business owners to create authentic and soulful photographs and films.

I love shooting on location using natural light and the stunning natural backdrops of Byron Bay and surrounds. You can read about my latest adventures over on my blog.
